Titan Auto Glass was born out of experience, grit, and the belief that people deserve better when it comes to mobile auto glass service.
After years working in the industry, Alec saw firsthand how impersonal, slow, and frustrating some glass replacement experiences could be — from long wait times to poor workmanship and forgotten recalibrations. He knew there had to be a better, more professional way, more human way.
Together, Alec and Cailey decided to build something of their own — a locally owned auto glass business that prioritizes quality work, fast mobile service, and real relationships with customers and agents alike.
Titan was built for people who don’t want to deal with call centers, mystery techs, or getting passed around. We’re here to fix your glass, respect your time, and make the process easy from start to finish.
We started Titan Auto Glass because we knew we could do it better — and treat people better. And that’s exactly what we plan to keep doing.
Alec - Co-OwnerAlec is the guy who shows up with a smile, a steady hand, and years of hands-on experience in all things auto glass. He’s been fixing windshields across the Upstate for years and has earned a reputation for treating every car like it’s his own.
Cailey - Co-OwnerCailey is the voice behind the scenes (and sometimes on the phone!) — keeping everything running smoothly. From scheduling to insurance coordination to keeping Alec stocked with the right tools. She's the person making sure your experience is hassle-free and friendly from start to finish.
