What started as a husband-and-wife team has grown into a team of people who share the same goal: making auto glass service as easy, friendly, and stress-free as possible for every customer.

Titan Auto Glass was born out of experience, grit, and the belief that people deserve better when it comes to mobile auto glass service.
After years working in the industry, Alec saw firsthand how impersonal, slow, and frustrating some glass replacement experiences could be — from long wait times and poor communication to workmanship issues and overlooked recalibrations. He knew there had to be a better, more professional, and more human way.
Together, Alec and Cailey decided to build something of their own — a locally owned auto glass business that prioritizes quality work, convenient mobile service, and real relationships with customers and agents alike.
Since then, our team has grown, but the reason we started hasn’t changed. We don’t want our customers dealing with call centers, wondering who’s showing up, or getting passed from person to person. From your first call with Emily to the technician who arrives at your vehicle, our goal is to make the entire process simple and personal.
We started Titan Auto Glass because we knew we could do it better — and treat people better. That’s exactly what our team plans to keep doing
Alec King - Co-OwnerAlec brings years of hands-on auto glass experience to Titan. He’s the guy who believes the details matter, whether it’s a windshield replacement, a recalibration, or making sure the job is done right the first time. He’s spent years serving drivers across South Carolina and has built Titan around the same standard he brings to every vehicle: do quality work and treat people right.
Cailey King - Co-OwnerCailey works behind the scenes managing Titan’s internal billing and helping keep the business side of the company organized. While you may not hear from her as often these days, she remains an important part of the company she and Alec built together and helps make sure everything keeps moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Emily Ford - Customer Service
If you call or message Titan Auto Glass, there’s a good chance Emily will be the person taking care of you! She handles our customer service and helps guide customers through the process from their first conversation with us through scheduling and service coordination.
Whether you have questions about your appointment, need help figuring out the next step, or just want to talk to an actual person instead of a call center, Emily is here to help. She brings the friendly, personal service we want every Titan customer to experience because getting your glass fixed shouldn’t be complicated.
